Job details

The Sales Analyst will be responsible for acting as support to the EMEA Head of Sales and International leadership team, assuming day-to-day responsibility for projects and tasks that require key focus.

He/She will support in the execution and operations of strategic business initiatives for the International Leasing, Real Estate, Product, Broker & Sales & Transaction Services departments, helping create cross-regional best practices & synergies.

This role will report to the Commercial Director, Sales overseeing all sales and projects within the region.

You Will Be Expected To

  • Serve as support between staff, executives, senior leaders, and the Head of Sales, EMEA regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning
  • Support daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders
  • Build and develop relationships with employees to increase efficiency and responsiveness in existing and planned operations
  • Help to support new operational strategies, working alongside Commercial Director, Sales, Head of Sales, EMEA, departmental heads and Senior Lead, Sales Strategy
  • Support in handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications
  • Support in strategic initiatives by supporting and reporting results back to the Commercial Director, Sales
  • Within strategic initiatives, demonstrates flexibility because some initiatives may not fit neatly into
  • Helps members of the executive support staff to perform their duties to the best of their ability
  • Provides training and coaching for any and all departmental staff members
  • Organises a calendar and keeps track of multiple projects at the same time
  • Keeps up with industry trends by reading literature and communicating with peers
  • Acts as a representative of the Commercial Director, Sales

Experience And Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration or similar field
  • 2+ years of experience in advanced B2B sales or commercial real estate
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate markets and underwriting
  • Proven experience helping organise and provide direction for multiple teams and departments
  • Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
  • Extremely versatile and analytical, dedicated to efficient productivity
  • Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives

Building Technology Coordinator

WeWork is currently seeking a Coordinator for its International (EMEA and Pacific) Building Technology team. This role will work directly with Enterprise level members in client relations, engineering design development, and project management.

As Coordinator, you will work closely with the Building Technology Design, Deploy and Operate teams to ensure the department runs as seamlessly as possible whilst helping maintain financial control across all sub-disciplines.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has excellent communication skills and who excels in an administratively focused role. Must have a proven track record of bringing together SMEs to collaborate and rapidly solve problems. Please be willing to travel as needed throughout the region in which you work.

Responsibilities (including But Not Limited To)

Report to the regional head of the department
Prepare contracts and process purchase orders,
Track vendor payments and variations
Run monthly/quarterly meetings with the chosen service provider, to review performance vs SLAs & KPIs.
Manage documentation, auditing, creating new procedures/policies and identifying future systems that can aid the department and expansion and remain financially focused.
Confirm regular lookaheads with vendors and distributors
Regional leadership admin support.
Maintain the internal wiki, Team Drive and file structures.
Supports the tracking of all contracts, renewals and billing for the region.
Coordinate and submit day 2/Capital improvement project budgets, raise the relevant approvals and PO
Demonstrable ability to understand and improve existing processes and procedures
Manage, monitor and report on vendor performance – Predominantly based around service contracts

Qualifications

3+ years experience working in coordination or administrative roles
Strong communication skills for team coordination, scheduling, budgeting, and supply-chain management
Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and execute in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a strong work ethic and ownership mentality
Proficient with the Google suite & Microsoft Excel
